If a client is looking for a completely individualized program, Yvette's Health & Fitness studio is happy to offer personal training services. Yvette Bernosky has been working one-on-one with clients for over 20 years. She has a wealth of experience and expertise in helping clients achieve their maximum results.

If you are looking for a completely individualized program, Yvette's Health & Fitness studio is happy to accommodate your personal training needs. Personal training sessions are available as one-on-one or our "Buddy Sessions" allow you to train with a friend. Each individual's goals will be clearly defined and closely monitored. Personal Trainers will implement a custom plan providing the individual attention, motivation and education to help clients: lose weight, recover from injuries, train sport-specifically, or just improve the quality of their overall health and life.

Kristen McGuigan
Kristen began her journey into fitness five years ago. As a client at Yvette's Health & Fitness she found she had a passion for fitness and earned her certification as a personal trainer in January 2012. In May 2013 she added to her qualifications with a Sports Nutrition Specialty Certification. Kristen enjoys competing in endurance events such as half marathons & Tough Mudder. She also teaches Fit Camp and Sculpt & Slice at Yvettes.

Felipe Cava
With 24 years in the fitness industry, the former Fitness Director of The Colony Beach and Tennis Resort on Longboat Key, Felipe Cava, CPT, incorporates fun, fitness, and a touch of dance into each workout.



 Yvette Bernosky
A personal trainer for over 25 Years, Yvette is a Certified Personal Trainer and a certified BootCamp Instructor. She has earned over ten additional certifications including spinning, kickboxing, Aerobics and more. By expanding her fitness education Yvette is able to offer her clients fresh, fun and efficient training techniques.

Personal training sessions are available one-on-one or with the option of bringing along a partner. Each individual's goals will be clearly defined and closely monitored. Personal Trainers will implement a custom plan providing the individual attention, motivation and education to help clients: lose weight, recover from injuries, train sport-specifically, or just improve the quality of their overall health and life.
