COURSES - MIX & MATCH

CYCLE & STRENGTH

This high energy class is a combination of cycle and strength training. If you like cycling in a small group, we have a terrific ride planned for you. Climb hills, run, sprint and jump with us for an exhilarating workout with inspiring music while toning muscle to increase your metabolism and shape your body!

STAYING STRONG
This Fitness class is geared to the older adult and is a specific training class that helps you be fit and have energy for your day to day activities. Enjoy working in private facility in a small group setting with qualified personal trainers. We can work specific with many health issues to help you improve strength, balance, coordination and improve energy levels. Bring a friend and enjoy pleasant social environment.

FLEX, STRETCH & BALANCE
This class uses concepts of Yoga: static/active stretching, and the latest science research to improve muscle tone, flexibility, balance & range of motion and recovery. This is a non-impact class taught by David Langfelder C.P.T. & Medical Exercise Specialist.

POWER-HOUR
Power Hour is a team training workout, designed for the intermediate to advanced client. Participants are divided into two teams who alternate various cardiovascular and strength training exercises every sixty seconds. It's intense and you will burn calories and leave continuing to burn for hours after. This class is also offered on the 4th Friday of each month at 5:30pm.

AM BODY BLAST
Get it done before Work Day! This early morning class is the perfect workout to start your day. This class will consist of: Cardio- Fat Burning, Solid Strength Training and will finish with Flexibility Conditioning! All fitness levels welcome to attend!

BEGINNER'S YOGA
Join use for this special class for the beginning yoga student. Learn the basic poses, breath work & more and about this practice. It's great for improving core strength, balance and lengthening of your muscles. It's Yoga 101 - This is a 1 1/2 hour practice. $15.00 per Yoga class. RSVP here as space is limited.

FIT CAMP
Fit Camp is uniquely designed to provide optimum results by addressing all 5 components of health and fitness:

Fit Camp Classes are designed using interval training, alternating between cardio and upper and lower body resistance training. Each class is unique, using a variety of equipment and calisthenics. Each exercise can be modified to meet individual needs and goals, making Fit Camp accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

GOLD MEMBER FIT CAMP

We offer weekly massage nights, weekly Wheel of Fitness, where you can win cash and prizes and have many special events. 4 Nationally certified personal trainers run this course.

BODY SCULPTING
This class is designed to sculpt your body by training with a variety of angles. These workouts are designed to hit each muscle group with the maximum angles to help fully shape and tone your physique. Take this class on a consistent basis and develop new cuts and definition you hadn't imagined possible.

KICKBOXING
This class is a combination of Tae Kwon Do - Kick boxing and traditional Boxing workouts. We will incorporate martial arts and working with boxing bags, target mitts and kick pads. It's a high energy class that will keep your heart pumping!

FREE STYLE FITNESS
Join us for this fun & interactive class - It's up to you! We will ask the clients what they want to work on for the day and the class will be designed right there to target specific areas of fitness you would like to personally focus on. Have it your way today!

FREE OPEN GYM WEEK
As a thank you to all of our loyal members who have made a commitment to fitness we would like to thank you and give you an opportunity to share your passion of fitness with your family & friends. Every couple months will offer Free open gym week where you can invite your guest to any of your workouts for a week of fun and fitness.

ADVENTURE SERIES
Keep you eye on our schedule as we randomly add fun adventure workout for you. They may include activities like: Rocket Racquet (Cardio Drills & Tennis) for beginners, Learn to Paddle Board, TRX Mountain Bike Rides, Kayaking, Kickball, Bayfront Fit Camp, Payne Park Obstacle Course & More.

NIGHT OF BEAUTY
This is always a FREE event for members where different spa's or doctors come to our facility and set up a pampering event for our members. These events often include: massage, reflexology, skin care, snacks & wine.
